Staged to Sell Charleston

We’re so glad you’re here! These Terms & Conditions explain how our home staging services work and help ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

By requesting services from Staged to Sell Charleston, you agree to the terms below.

What We Do

Staged to Sell Charleston provides professional home staging and styling services, including the temporary placement of furniture, décor, and accessories to help homes show their best.

Service details, pricing, and rental duration are outlined in your individual proposal, invoice, or staging agreement.

Payment

Payment is due in full before staging installation unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

We accept payment via check, Zelle, Venmo, or other approved electronic methods. "Pay at Closing" program is offered as a third-party service through Notable. Services may be postponed or canceled if payment is not received on time.

Staging Period & Extensions

Staging is provided for a set period of time, which will be clearly stated in your agreement or invoice.

If you need to extend the staging period, extensions may be available for an additional fee and must be approved in advance.

All staging items must remain in the home for the duration of the staging period and may not be moved, removed, or altered.

Access to the Property

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property so we can install, maintain, photograph, and remove staging items. This may include providing a key, lockbox, or access code.

We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of access, utility outages, or conditions outside of our control.

Care of Staging Items

All furniture and décor remain the property of Staged to Sell Charleston and are intended for visual display only.

Clients are responsible for keeping staging items in good condition. You may be charged for items that are damaged, missing, excessively worn, or used inappropriately.

Property Use & Restrictions

While staging is installed, you agree to:

  • Avoid painting, renovations, or repairs that could damage staging items

  • Keep pets and children from using staging furniture or décor

  • Maintain utilities (electricity and climate control)

  • Avoid pest treatments or chemical services without prior notice

Photography & Marketing

We may photograph the staged property for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to have photos used publicly, please let us know in writing prior to installation.

Cancellations & Changes

We understand that plans can change. Please provide written notice as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule services.

Late cancellations, last-minute changes, or emergency de-staging requests may result in additional fees.

Staged to Sell Charleston is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing property conditions or defects

  • Theft, vandalism, or damage beyond our control

  • Injuries occurring on the property during or after staging
