Hi, I’m Courtney! I was born and raised right here in Charleston, SC, and I truly think it's the greatest place on Earth!

Design has always been my passion, but my career path first led me through event planning and education before finding my way into real estate. That journey came full circle when I discovered home staging; a serendipitous blend of creativity, strategy, and impact that allows me to do what I love every single day.

I’m also a proud wife and mother, roles that keep me grounded and continually inspired by the importance of creating a warm, welcoming home (even though my husband never knows if he's coming home to a completely re-styled house or not).

As the daughter and sister of therapists, psychology is ingrained in my DNA. I approach every staging project through that lens, understanding the subtle details that influence how buyers feel when they walk into a home. Combined with my firsthand experience as a Realtor, I have a unique perspective on both the emotional and strategic sides of selling.

For me, staging isn’t just about making a home look beautiful...it’s about creating a space where buyers can instantly imagine themselves living, and making sure your home stands out in the competitive Charleston market.
